The Company was established by Anthony and Kim Shaw having both worked within a corporate valuation advice for a number of years. Anthony was previously a Regional Director (Valuations) for a national commercial valuation firm whilst Kim is vastly experienced having held a number of high profile roles within the administrative side of similar national commercial valuation companies.
The objective of the company is to provide a tailor made, client focused valuation service to a range of clients ranging from lenders to private clients and also including a range of other professional service providers requiring a valuation input to their cases.
Once an instruction has been allocated to a specific valuer, the client is advised of their contact details and they are able to liaise directly with them both before and after the inspection and report have been completed. We appreciate that a client’s time is better spent discussing issues relating to a property or associated matter directly with the valuer that has visited the property, rather than being referred to a central support team which can only delay the client receiving the advice required.
Valuation reports once completed and mandated are sent directly to the client in a secure electronic format with a hard copy that is posted to their nominated office, if required.
Moving forward, the Company is looking to further expand its geographical coverage of valuation services into South Wales as our client base also continues to increase.
