If you are seeking a private valuation, or are a lender looking to instruct directly, you can contact our office for a fee quote, which will be based on the property’s estimated value / purchase price and property type together with additional factors including its complexity and size.

In order to meet our mandatory Conflict of Interest requirements, we will need to be provided with full details of the subject property(ies) and the name of the private client or borrower (in the case of a lender instructing directly).

We will confirm at the point of a fee quote being issued, whether we consider there to be any potential Conflict of Interest present.

All fee quotes are live for twenty-eight days, after which a new fee quote must be obtained if not already instructed.

Availability is provided as a guideline at the time of enquiry, but dates cannot be held open unless a formal instruction is received and / or signed and dated Terms and Conditions of Engagement have been returned.

We are able to accept instructions from either single or joint parties as we have experience of providing both Single and Joint Independent Expert Witness Reports. Anthony Shaw has experience of providing evidence to the Family Court, Crown Court and the High Court in addition to mediation hearings. As with more conventional instructions these are managed in a similar manner with initial Conflict of Interest checks being made before we are able to provide a fee quote.
